The GPYO Weekly Summer Orchestra Session is divided into two ensembles of different age ranges and ability. 
  • The Junior Summer Ensemble contains students from about 2nd grade to about 7th grade
  • The Senior Summer Ensemble contains students from about 8th grade and up. 

*While you may indicate which ensemble interests you more, final determinations are made by our conductors based on age, maturity, and ability.

To aid in placement, we highly suggest that you submit a video audition. Before recording your video, please review BOTH the audition requirements and the video submission guidelines outlined on our website. 

GPYO offers tuition assistance to those who qualify for subsidized (free or reduced-price) school lunch in NJ. Please visit our information page with current rates HERE if interested.

GPYO Audition Workshop
On July 23rd, GPYO will be hosting our first ever Audition Workshop! Guided by industry professionals from Broadway, Opera, and the Professional Orchestra world, this workshop seeks to help students learn how to prepare for and act during auditions! 

Performance spots are limited, auditors are also welcome. 

*If you intend to perform, please provide a video of the solo you intend to perform.*

Registration for the Workshop is a $10 deposit.
